Migration FAQ.
What determines migration cost?
User count, device count, data volumes, source-platform complexity, permission structure, application inventory, custom-domain requirements, cutover timing and any remediation work identified during discovery. That's why we start with a paid assessment.
Can migration occur outside business hours?
Yes — after-hours cutovers are common to reduce disruption. Quoted as a separate uplift unless already included in your Statement of Work.
Are Microsoft licences included?
No. Licences are paid directly to Microsoft or through your Cloud Solution Provider. Migration pricing covers the professional services only.
What happens if applications are incompatible?
Application inventory is part of every assessment. Incompatibilities are flagged with recommended alternatives, workarounds or migration timing. Any remediation work is scoped separately.
Can PulseForge supply replacement equipment?
Yes — where suitable, we can source compatible business devices via our Business Product Sourcing service. Quoted separately from professional migration services.
Is staff training available?
Yes — we offer Microsoft 365 productivity workshops from $990 (two-hour) up to structured adoption programmes from $4,900. Focused on platform adoption, not cybersecurity training.
Does PulseForge provide ongoing IT support?
PulseForge provides project delivery, agreed post-migration support and selected technology care services. It does not currently provide unlimited managed helpdesk or 24/7 emergency IT support.
