Scope
We document agreed deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, pricing and acceptance criteria in a written proposal or Statement of Work. You review and approve before delivery begins. Fixed-price proposal locked at this stage.
Deliver
We design, migrate, configure, source or implement the agreed solution using a structured delivery process. Weekly progress checkpoints; larger engagements are milestone-based rather than one upfront invoice. Typical timelines are stated in the proposal.
Handover
