- Quotation — we issue a complete Australian commercial quotation covering the agreed product, quantity, delivery, payment terms and warranty conditions.
- Supply — after acceptance and deposit, we coordinate purchasing, production, quality checks, shipping and delivery.

Product and freight pricing is scope-based. Special-order and custom-sourced products require a deposit before PulseForge places an order. Exact payment milestones, delivery conditions and warranty terms are stated in the quotation.
What we will and won't source.
- PulseForge focuses on commercial quantities and project-based requirements. Not every product is suitable for direct sourcing.
- Each request is assessed for feasibility, compliance, quality, delivery and commercial viability before a quotation is issued.
- PulseForge may decline requests that are unsuitable, highly regulated, uneconomic or outside its acceptable risk profile.
- Not a public product catalogue. Not a general office-supply retailer.
- Cybersecurity products or advice are not sourced through PulseForge. Those requirements belong with your security provider.
Sourcing FAQ.
Can PulseForge source any product?
No. Every request is assessed for commercial viability, product risk, compliance, supplier availability, quality and delivery timeframe. PulseForge may decline requests that are unsuitable, highly regulated, uneconomic or outside its acceptable risk profile.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Yes — sourcing is designed for commercial quantities and project requirements. Very small one-off consumer orders are typically declined; the initial discussion clarifies whether your requirement fits.
Can we request samples?
Yes — samples are arranged where appropriate, particularly for material custom orders. Sample costs, freight and lead times are documented in the quotation.
Can products be custom branded?
Yes — for suitable products and commercial quantities. Custom-branded orders typically start with a Custom Manufacturing Assessment (from $990) to confirm branding method, sample approval, minimum order quantity and lead time.
How are warranties handled?
Warranty terms and duration are documented in every quotation, aligned with the supplier's warranty and Australian Consumer Law. The specific warranty pathway (supplier direct, distributor, PulseForge-assisted) is stated in the SoW.
Do you hold stock?
No. PulseForge is a requirement-led sourcing partner — not a general office-supply retailer. Products are sourced against a documented commercial requirement, not held on speculation.
How long does importing take?
Lead time is scope-based. Every quotation documents estimated timeframes for production, freight and Australian delivery. We do not promise a delivery date until supplier availability is confirmed.
Why is a deposit required?
Special-order and custom-sourced products require a deposit before PulseForge places an order with the supplier. Exact deposit percentage varies by supplier, product type and order size — documented in the quotation.
