How it works (the whole programme in 60 seconds)
- You introduce an Australian service business that has a missed-call, slow-follow-up, or weak digital-presence problem.
- We acknowledge the referral within 1 business day with a tracking reference.
- We do the audit, demo, scope and close — at the same standard we'd do any other deal.
- If the prospect becomes a paying client, we pay you 10% of the setup fee by EFT within 14 business days of the client paying their setup invoice.
That's it. No portals to log into. No tracking codes. No monthly statements you have to chase. You email us, we close, you get paid.
Two referral tracks — both pay 10%
You can refer clients along either path, or both at once. We pay the same 10% on the setup fee of whatever we deliver — AI/automation work, any kind of website build (AI-Ready Website is our flagship), or a combined Website + AI engagement.

Client already has a working website. We bolt on AI call answering, missed-call SMS, quote follow-up, review automation, CRM wiring and AI visibility — without rebuilding what's already there.
AI-Ready Websites & any other web work
Client needs a new website. We build any kind your client needs — one-pagers, multi-page brochure sites, lead-capture sites, e-commerce, custom builds. Our flagship product is the AI-Ready Website: fast, mobile-first, schema-marked for AI search, lead-capture forms wired to feed CRM/AI voice/automation when added. Clients can buy the website on its own, or roll it into the full Revenue Recovery Stack.

Entry-level option for regional / no-digital-presence businesses

Most referrals end up in the $1,500–$4,500 setup range, so most commissions land between $150 and $450 per closed deal. A bookkeeper, ServiceM8 consultant or marketing freelancer who refers 2 clients a month earns $300–$900 in passive income without doing any of the build work. Web designers and SEO/Ads freelancers referring AI-Ready Website builds often see $280–$550 per close.
Open to anyone with a network
There's no industry gate. If you know one or more Australian service businesses that are losing jobs to missed calls, slow lead follow-up, or weak websites — you can refer. Common partner types we see referring most successfully:
- Bookkeepers and accountants — you see cash-flow gaps first. A client whose revenue is flat despite busy quoting is usually losing jobs to missed calls or cold quotes.
- ServiceM8, Jobber, Simpro, AroFlo, Tradify consultants — you set up job management; we set up the lead capture that feeds it. Natural pair.
- Web designers and developers — refer clients who need a proper AI-Ready Website, or pure AI/automation work on a site you've already built. Either way, 10%.
- SEO and Google Ads freelancers — you drive the traffic; we make sure the leads don't slip through the cracks. Refer clients whose site doesn't convert that traffic, or whose phones aren't catching the calls.
- Marketing freelancers and agencies — when your client's bottleneck shifts from "more traffic" to "more captured leads", that's our job. Send them over.
- Business coaches serving tradies and service businesses — clients constantly tell you they can't grow because admin is overwhelming. We solve that without adding staff.
- IT consultants and managed service providers — clients already trust you with their systems. Adding AI lead capture is a natural extension.
- Industry association staff, networking-group leaders, chamber-of-commerce contacts — you talk to dozens of service businesses a month. Pass our name when the topic comes up.
- Existing PulseForge clients — yes, you can refer too. Same 10%. Refer a tradie mate who's drowning in missed calls and we'll EFT you the same as any other partner.
- Anyone else — friends, family, your dentist, a barista you chat to who runs a side-business. If they're an Australian service business and they sign with us, you earn the commission. No occupation gate.
What's commissioned vs not
To keep this fair and sustainable, the 10% applies only to one-time setup fees. Everything else is excluded:

This keeps the unit economics sustainable on our side and the rules dead-simple on yours. No spreadsheets to reconcile, no monthly invoices to wait on.
Conditions (the short list)
- Introduce the prospect before we contact them. If we've already audited, demoed or quoted them, we can't pay commission — even if you intended to refer.
- Real Australian businesses only. No bulk lists, no scraped contacts, no offshore companies. We reserve the right to decline referrals that look like spam-volume outreach.
- One commission per business. Whoever sent the first usable introduction is the partner of record for that prospect. Disputes are rare and resolved good-faith.
- Written partner agreement before the first payout. Single page, plain English. We send it after your first referral is acknowledged.
- Regulated industries are case-by-case. We don't currently take referrals in legal, medical, financial-advice, migration or credit-broker industries without a compliance review. Ask first.
- Either party can pause or end the partnership with 14 days' written notice. No lock-in. No clawback on commissions already paid.
- Australian tax — you're responsible for declaring your referral income. We'll issue a payment record for each commission paid. If you're GST-registered and the commission is part of your taxable supply, we can pay GST on top against a valid tax invoice from you.
How payouts actually run
- You send the introduction via email to [email protected] with the prospect's business name, contact details, and a one-line note on why they're a fit.
- Within 1 business day we reply confirming receipt and assigning a tracking reference (e.g.
REF-2026-001). This locks the introduction in HubSpot. - We do our normal sales cycle — audit, scoping call, proposal. Some prospects close in a week, some in two months, some never. We'll keep you posted at meaningful milestones.
- When the client pays their setup invoice, we calculate 10% and EFT the commission to your nominated Australian bank account within 14 business days. You get an email with the breakdown, invoice reference and tracking ID.
Why we don't pay monthly residuals
We thought hard about this. Monthly residuals sound appealing but create three problems we don't want to live with:
- Ongoing reconciliation overhead — partners chasing monthly statements, disputes about churned clients, accounting time we'd rather spend serving customers.
- Misaligned incentives — a partner who's collecting 5% forever on a client who hasn't been a great fit is incentivised to keep them on the books regardless. We want partners who refer well-fit clients and move on.
- Margin compression on long-term clients — paying a percentage to a third party for years on a client we're servicing entirely ourselves doesn't reflect the actual value exchange.
One-time setup commission is simpler, fairer, and means you can refer freely without us getting precious about percentages.
What we'll do as your partner
- Reply to every referral within 1 business day with a status update.
- Treat your client relationship with respect — no aggressive selling, no scripts that embarrass you, no sales calls until they've seen the audit.
- Loop you in (lightly) at meaningful milestones — audit delivered, proposal sent, signed. You stay informed without being chased for input.
- Never poach your other clients. We don't sell to your existing client base unless you specifically introduce them.
- Send you the case study PDFs for closed referrals if you want to show off your network's wins.

Questions we get
Can I refer clients in the same industry I work in?
Yes — most successful referrals come from professionals working in adjacent industries. We won't approach your wider book of clients — only the specific prospects you introduce. Where our clients need work in your specialty (bookkeeping, accounting, ServiceM8 setup, etc.), we'll happily refer back to you.
My client only needs a website — can I still refer them?
Yes, send them through. We build any kind of website your client needs — one-pagers, multi-page brochure sites, lead-capture sites, e-commerce, custom builds, redesigns. Our flagship is the AI-Ready Website (Starter from $1,500, Standard from $2,800, Premium from $4,500), but we'll quote whatever scope your client needs. You earn 10% of the setup fee on whatever we close — whether or not they ever add AI services on top.
What if a website-only referral upgrades to AI later?
You earn commission on every new setup-fee invoice that client pays for the first 12 months from their first paid invoice. Example: AI-Ready Website Starter ($1,500 setup → $150 commission), then 6 months later they add AI Voice Growth ($2,500 add-on setup → $250 commission). You receive both payouts — $400 total from that one introduction. After 12 months, only deals introduced by a new partner-of-record introduction earn fresh commission, but you keep every cent already paid.
What if my referral takes 6 months to close?
Still your referral, still your commission — as long as we tracked it from the original introduction. We attribute deals to the partner who introduced us first, regardless of how long the close cycle is.
Can I refer someone who already has a website / CRM?
Yes — most of our clients already have a website and CRM. We integrate with what they have rather than replacing it. Common stacks we plug into: ServiceM8, Jobber, AroFlo, Simpro, HubSpot, Xero, Google Workspace.
What about clients I previously tried to sell PulseForge-style services to?
Still a valid referral if you introduce them to us before we've contacted them. The "introduce before first contact" rule is about us not double-paying on prospects we've already qualified — it doesn't disqualify anyone you've previously sold to.
Will you refer prospects back to me?
Where it's a genuine fit — yes, no commission asked. If we're working with a tradie who needs a real bookkeeper, ServiceM8 setup, or a proper website, we'll send them to a trusted partner. Aim is a network, not a one-way pipe.
Is there a partner-only resource pack?
Once you're signed up we'll send you a short partner pack: a one-page PulseForge overview, common talking points for each niche, the link to the demo line, and a few example case study summaries you can share with prospects. No CRM training required — your job is just the introduction, we handle the close.
