Who it's for

Best fit for these operators.

  • Small local operators upgrading from no website or an outdated one — Business Website tier.
  • Established SMEs whose current site doesn't reflect their operation — Growth Website tier.
  • Professional firms & industrial SMEs that need a tailored design, custom integrations, or Shopify e-commerce — Custom Website tier.
  • Businesses with a working site that need a fresh design without losing existing SEO — see Website Redesign.

Problems solved

What a PulseForge website fixes.

  • A site that loads slowly on mobile, or looks broken outside a desktop browser.
  • No enquiry form — or one that goes to an address nobody checks.
  • Missing structured data, so Google can't understand what your business actually does.
  • An outdated design that undermines the trust your operation deserves.
  • A site you can't edit yourself, controlled by an ex-designer you can't reach.
  • An expensive monthly "care plan" that doesn't include what you actually need.

Our process

Discovery → Design → Build → Handover.

  1. Discovery (free) — 30-minute call. We scope your business, page structure, integrations and content status.
  2. Design — sitemap and design direction shared for approval. Fixed-price proposal locked at this point.
  3. Build — weekly increments with visible progress. Typical delivery 5–14 business days after content, access and approvals received.
  4. Handover — testing, written documentation, training session, handover deliverables as defined in the Statement of Work. You control your domain, core accounts and agreed deliverables; third-party platforms, licences and services remain under their respective terms.

Illustrative use cases

Common shapes of website engagement.

  • Professional-services website + onboarding — a tailored practice site plus a structured new-client intake flow.
  • Contractor portfolio + RFQ workflow — showcase past projects, capture structured quote enquiries with scope questions up front.
  • Industrial SME website + product catalogue — clean product/service structure, downloadable spec sheets, quote-request forms.
  • Small business first proper website — Business Website tier, with GBP linked and enquiries flowing to a real inbox.
  • Legacy site rebuild — Website Redesign preserving existing URL structure and rankings.

Boundaries & exclusions

What's not included.

  • CRM integration is not automatically wired into the Business Website tier — enquiry forms deliver to your nominated email by default. CRM integration is scoped separately (or as part of a Customer Automation engagement).
  • Copywriting — we work with the copy you provide. Full copywriting engagements are scoped separately.
  • Ongoing SEO monitoring, link building, or paid search management — these are separate engagements, not included in a website build.
  • Third-party platforms, licences and services (hosting, domain registrar, plugins, fonts, e-commerce platforms) remain subject to their respective terms.
  • Page counts and revision rounds are defined in the proposal. Additional work is quoted transparently.

Frequently asked

Websites FAQ.

How long does delivery take?

Typical: Business ~5–7 business days, Growth ~10 business days, Custom ~14+ business days depending on scope. Timelines are typical after required content, access and approvals are received — final timeline confirmed in the proposal.

Do I own the website afterwards?

You retain ownership and control of your domain, content and agreed project deliverables. Third-party platforms, licences and services (hosting provider, plugins, fonts, themes, e-commerce platforms) remain subject to their respective terms — we document these clearly at handover.

Do I need Website Care?

No — it's optional. Website Care Plans (from $149/month) cover uptime monitoring, backups, security patches, content edits and Core Web Vitals monitoring. You can also self-manage or engage another developer for maintenance.

Can you migrate content from my existing site?

Yes — Website Redesign includes content migration and 301 redirects for every existing URL so you don't lose indexed pages. For net-new builds, we work with copy you provide or introduce you to a copywriter.

Do you build Shopify sites?

Selectively — for Australian brands with a real e-commerce operation. Theme customisation, checkout hardening, integration with Xero/MYOB and fulfillment. We don't do generic template flips. Scoped inside a Custom Website engagement.
