Automation and migration projects then start with a fixed-price assessment (automation: credited in full against a build signed within 30 days; migration: credited against implementations of $10,000+); websites and sourcing are quoted directly.
Scope
We document agreed deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, pricing and acceptance criteria in a written proposal or Statement of Work. You review and approve before delivery begins. Fixed-price proposal locked at this stage.
Deliver
We design, migrate, configure, source or implement the agreed solution using a structured delivery process. Weekly progress checkpoints; larger engagements are milestone-based rather than one upfront invoice. Typical timelines are stated in the proposal.
Handover
We test the agreed outcome, provide documentation and complete the handover defined in the proposal or Statement of Work. You control your domain, core accounts and agreed deliverables. Third-party platforms, licences and PulseForge's reusable frameworks remain subject to their respective terms.
